I'm Bev Thorogood

After spending 32 years working for the Ministry of Defence, I resigned in March 2018 having struggled with menopause related symptoms and undiagnosed ADHD – not a good combination!

Without a clue how to set up a business, and no real idea what I wanted to do (other than knowing I didn't want a job again) I launched Floresco Training and Coaching - initially as a health coaching venture, but very quickly moving into the corporate training world.

I had no idea how to sell, market or manage a business - and I'd never worked in the private sector where everyone seemed to be speaking a foreign language!

Roll on 6 years and I've not only built a successful, profitable training company, I also established myself as the 'GO TO' expert in the menopause in the workplace arena, published a book, delivered a TEDx Talk, and partnered with many high profile clients, including The Royal Air Force, Channel 4 TV, The UK Space Agency and Amnesty International to name just a few.

I know how tough it can be when you’re just getting started, and how daunting it can be stepping into a new market that feels unfamiliar.  I want to make everything I’ve learned available to you and others so that I can equip more amazing wellness coaches with the knowledge, tools and self-belief they need to go out into the corporate world and change lives.
