On acquaintance and some familiarisation with Bev I realised she was the very person who I needed to get me out of the Gordion knot I had tangled myself in. I chose her because not only is she very able and competent - clearly demonstrating great knowledge to help me with my own positioning - but was able to give advice based on her own experience. She had a thought through process to move my thinking forward. Her communication is extremely good - she had listened and captured my expectations of what the coaching would deliver and during my long coaching session it was evident that she could concentrate well and build up a clearer picture with me. Goodness, where to begin? First, Bev is so good at what she does, you won't even feel like you're being coached, but rather like you are talking with an old friend who innately understands so much about what you are experiencing. 2nd: She is good at getting you to dig deep and identify your (often self-created) issues, then helping you devise workable tactics to hack away at whatever is holding you back. My specific stumbling blocks involved what I had to come believe were societal barriers to my progress, but after just a couple sessions, I came to realize I had exaggerated their existence.
