LIFT OFF is a business coaching, mentoring and strategy programme designed specifically to get you confident to get out there and become the ‘Go To’ person your ideal clients are searching for.

Together we’ll develop a personalized plan to hone your story, get clear on your messaging and a clear plan for how you’ll get out there and be seen.

Using my unique SPACES framework we'll make sure your business is STRUCTURED for success, that you're POSITIONED as the expert in your field so that you can ATTRACT your ideal CLIENTS, EXPAND your brand and SCALE and grow your business.

The biggest barrier for most entrepreneurs is our own self doubt. That’s why I’ll work with you to develop your success mindset and build your confidence as an entrepreneur. We’ll address limiting beliefs, and help build your resilience so you can navigate the ups and downs of entrepreneurship with ease.

I understand how hard it can be as a woman to put ourselves out there and risk the judgement of others, I know the challenges you face, I’ve been there, got past it and reaped the rewards, and I’m here to support you every step of the way so you too can reap the rewards. You’ll have a safe space to share your concerns, celebrate your successes, and learn from setbacks without fear of judgment.

Note: The LIFT OFF programme is designed to be flexible and customizable to meet the unique needs and goals of the client. The programme is client led, with one-on-one coaching sessions journaling exercises, resources, and support to help you thrive in your entrepreneurial journey.
