About Me

If we’re meeting for the first time

Hi, I’m Bev

I’m a transformational coach and mentor, an educator and a post menopausal business woman with ADHD – phew that’s quite a mouthful!

I started my business at the ripe old age of 52, after spending 32 years working for the Ministry of Defence and in the midst of the maelstrom of perimenopausal symptoms, unaware at that time of my divergent brain and without a scooby how to be self employed.

Over the last 5 years I’ve built a successful freelance training business delivering menopause awareness training to businesses and working with some amazing clients including Channel 4 TV, The UK Space Agency, Amnesty International and the Royal Air Force to name just a few.

I’ve written a book called ‘The Business of Menopause, A Guide for Working Women’ and I even got to stand on the prestigious ‘red dot’ to give a TEDx talk titled ADHD in Menopausal Women.

But my first love has always been coaching. I absolutely love seeing my clients break down their self-limiting beliefs and overcome the barriers that hold them back from achieving their life goals.

What I’ve Learned as a Female Entrepreneur with ADHD!

Women with ADHD have exceptional entrepreneurial qualities, including creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and a willingness to take risks. They get stuff done due to their ability to hyperfocus on tasks they are passionate about.

They are natural problem solvers, empathetic and intuitive, allowing them to connect deeply with their customers. They excel in communication and networking, building valuable relationships. Driven by purpose and meaning in their work, they are passionate about making a positive impact in their communities. With the right support, women with ADHD can thrive and achieve great success in entrepreneurship.
